2. Information Chromora May Process
Depending on how you use the app, Chromora may process:
- Images you import from your device.
- Pictures you take with your camera inside the app.
- Coloring edits, brush strokes, selected colors, paint-by-number data, and mandala fill state.
- Saved projects, project names, export settings, and generated export files.
- Device information, app version, platform, diagnostics, and crash or error details needed to troubleshoot the app.
- Rewarded ad events needed to provide optional export upgrades.
- Support messages you send to us, including your email address and the details you choose to include.
3. Photos and Camera
Chromora asks for photo or camera access only when you choose to import an image or take a picture. These images are used to create colorable artwork, paint-by-number regions, previews, and exports.
You are responsible for choosing images you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to use. Chromora does not claim ownership of your imported images or finished coloring work.
4. Saved Projects
Saved projects let you reopen, edit, delete, share, and export your work. Current app behavior is designed around the device and app experience. If Chromora adds cloud sync or account-based storage in the future, this policy should be updated before those features are released.
5. Ads and Rewarded Exports
Chromora uses rewarded ads for optional export quality upgrades, such as higher-resolution PNG sharing or downloading. Ads should not appear on the active coloring canvas, brush interaction, mandala painting, zooming, or panning surfaces.
Ad providers, including Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, may process information such as device identifiers, ad interaction events, approximate location, diagnostics, and network information according to their own policies.

6. App Store, Google Play, and Platform Services
If you download Chromora from the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may process download, install, update, device, payment, and store interaction information under their own policies. We do not receive your full Apple or Google payment details.
7. What We Do Not Sell
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not sell your imported images or finished artwork.
- We do not require brokerage, financial, or payment credentials for coloring features.
- We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location for coloring features.
8. How We Use Information
We use information to provide app functionality, generate coloring pages, save projects, support exports, operate rewarded ad flows, troubleshoot issues, improve stability, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
9. Data Retention
Saved projects remain available until you delete them or remove the app data from your device. Support emails are retained as needed to answer your request and maintain business records. Diagnostic logs, if collected, are kept only as long as reasonably needed for troubleshooting and security.
10. Your Choices
- You can choose not to import photos or use the camera.
- You can delete saved projects in the app.
- You can decline rewarded ads by not selecting export upgrades that require an ad.
- You can contact us for privacy questions, deletion help, or data requests.
11. Children
Chromora is a general creative app, but it is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will help review or delete it.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a mobile creative app. No method of electronic storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. International Processing
Leadify AI is based in Canada. Third-party providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other regions where they operate.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Chromora changes. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of Chromora after changes means you accept the updated policy.
