Important: By using Chromora, you agree to use the app responsibly, import only images you are allowed to use, and understand that rewarded export availability may vary by platform, region, network status, and ad inventory.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Chromora, the Chromora website, and related services provided by Leadify AI. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Chromora.

2. About Chromora

Chromora is a coloring-focused creative app. It may allow users to import pictures, take pictures, convert images into coloring pages, color mandalas, use paint-by-number features, save projects, and export finished artwork.

3. Creative Responsibility

You are responsible for the images you import, capture, color, save, export, or share. You should only use images that you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to use. Chromora does not grant rights to third-party images.

4. User Content

You retain your rights in original artwork, images, and coloring work you create or import. By using the app, you grant Chromora the limited permission needed to process, display, save, and export that content as part of the app functionality.

6. Rewarded Exports and Ads

Some export quality options may require watching a rewarded ad. Rewarded ad availability can vary by device, region, network status, ad provider inventory, policy requirements, and platform limitations.

Chromora may change, add, or remove export options over time. Watching an ad does not guarantee that every export will be possible if a device, network, operating system, storage permission, or app error prevents completion.

7. Downloads and App Stores

Chromora may be distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other official app stores. Your use of those stores is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for store outages, review timing, account issues, or platform policy decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

Chromora, the website, brand assets, app design, source code, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Leadify AI. You may not copy, modify, sell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app or website except where allowed by law.

9. Privacy

Your use of Chromora is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how the app handles imported images, camera captures, saved projects, ads, diagnostics, and support requests.

10. No Warranties

Chromora is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, compatible with every device, or that every generated coloring page will match your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadify AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-data damages arising from your use of Chromora, this website, exports, saved projects, ad availability, or third-party services.

12. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update Chromora, change features, or revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated terms available. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Chromora if we believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the app, or created risk for Leadify AI, other users, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law rules.
