Why does a store link not open?

If the app is not public yet, the App Store or Google Play may show an unavailable page until the listing is approved and live in your region.

Why can I not import a photo?

Check photo permissions, storage access, and whether the selected file is a supported image. Restarting the app can also clear a stuck picker session.

Why is a rewarded ad not available?

Rewarded ads depend on Google ad inventory, network quality, region, device settings, and platform policy. Try again after a short wait or check your connection.

Where are downloads saved?

Downloads are saved through the device's normal file or share flow. Check the Files or Downloads app for files named with the Chromora project and export scale.

Can I delete saved work?

Yes. Open Projects in the app and use the delete action for the saved coloring work you no longer want to keep.

What should I include in a bug report?

Include your device model, iOS or Android version, app version if available, what you tapped, what happened, and whether the issue involved imports, mandalas, projects, ads, or downloads.
